Not sure why we don't play Neville on the right and O'Shea in the middle, but this line-up fills me with confidence. Fabio, Welbeck and Foster are all getting games... very good. I can't wait.

Good team! Surely O'Shea should play CB instead of Neville though? But its about time Fabio got a chance to prove himself. If we can establish him in our team as a LB then there will be no doubts about seeing his name in the squad any more. Hopefully he will become a regular like Rafael. But the team looks strong enough to beat Spurs. Bring them on!
Welbeck has played LW at reserve level, he cuts in a lot. At a a guess though it'll be more like:

Oh well no matter where they play it should be good enough, glad Fabio's got a chance.
Nah - no way he is oing to become a regular over Evra. Raf has been lucky in that Brown has been injured and Neville is only starting to look anything like the player he used to be. Fabio has teh best LB in the world ahead of him.
Though if he does become a regular, it would mean he is amazing, so that would be ok.

The fact that we can use Fletch and Giggs if things don't go our way is good. If things go well I hope to see To(sic) get a few minutes.
Hopefully it is bentley. He is a better crosser of the ball than lennon but he has been off form, and doesn't have the ability to beat and man like Lennon; the pace and skill of lennon could have been a real problem for fabio

I meant an alternative to Evra. At right back we have Neville, Brown and Rafael. At left back we hope to have Evra, O'Shea and Fabio - who hasnt been proven yet. He needs to be given chances to settle in the squad.
Dunno - Fabio has the pace to deal with him. No doubt that Bentley is less of a thread down the flank, but he's got a hell of a cross and shot in him. Like a poor man's Beckham.

We don't know how good Fabio is defensively at this level, stop assuming he'd have trouble, he's inexperienced, but fast as feck and can cover up his mistakes. Lets see.

He's played right wing for the youths and reserves enough times before. One tactic used frequently in the 06/07 youth FA cup run was rotating Brandy and Welbeck from striker and right wing during the game. It is a position he can play in comfortbaly enough. In fact, he was drifting out to the right and interchanging positions with Ronaldo often against Boro in the league cup, so he has first team experience in this position for United.
