Premier League Fixtures (26 - 29 Dec)

In light of the results tonight I don't think a 1-1 at Birmingham is a disaster at all.

:lol: Yeah forget about the French that have given all big 4 teams a backbone.

And forget Germany who, with the highest attendances in the world and highest average club revenue, ends up with goals galore every single week. Football in general has been poor in the past months but the PL is doing nothing to buck that trend.

This is precisely the kind of game after that Chelsea one that we have to win - we cannot afford to work hard in difficult game and take our feet off the pedal in this kind of game two days later.

I know i shouldn't find joy in it seeing as it's not even a surprise anymore, but Arsenal dropping points and a few cans of Carling makes this result give me a warm feeling inside.

Spurs have only an outside chance (but chance nonetheless). But there are certainly more than just Man. Utd and Arsenal in contention, despite what you have claimed.

(in response to Jopub as well) To be fair to peterstorey, it does seem as though the referees have had a fairly big impact on the United and Arsenal results this weekend.
