First of all, it's preseason!!! You wont see a player on top form yet!
Another thing is that he's still young, 19 of age and needs more time

Yeah, I know but still. Not the Rossi I'm used to seeing. Hope he improves in the second half

Scholes looks like the player he was the last time I saw him in a United shirt... Our fullbacks look useless. Bardsley has been absolutely dire - caught out of position constantly and poor distribution. Not what I saw from him last season at all. Evra has also been pushing on too much and done very little right.

I hate to say it but our best players have been Fletcher (I know), Evans (Belfast lad and constantly covering back when Bardsley is AWOL :D), Brown and Foster. Rossi has been really quiet other than the nice turn.

I have no idea why they're ranting about Martin. He's looked pretty poor to me.
 
He will, a loan move would be perfect. He has the talent and the will, now he has to get used to the higher standard. The only thing that could hinder him is his height and figure, bit small, on the other hand Scholes did not that bad
 
Great first half against an almost full strength Celtic. We dont have too much to worry about for the future.

I am liking:

Scholes, looking nearly himself again
Bardsley, quality, Gary Neville Mark II in the making
Fletcher (yes, i am not joking), he has played much as I would expect Carrick to. Our very own Pirlo!!
Martin, skillful, lively and dangerous. Dont send him on loan Alex.
Richardson, has made steady progress evry year, starting to look the real deal.
Foster, done what he has needed to do flawlessly.
Evans, lovely goal, looked steady, as has Brown.


I am not liking:

Eagles, pedestrian, not United class.
Evra, commits himself far to easily and gives it away carelessly.


I am neither liking nor disliking:

Rossi, looks quality in spurts but hasnt got his shooting boots on. Needs first team games for me to get the confidence that he can be a top class striker.


Only 45 minutes I know but I am so much more confident about the future. Lets see David Jones now!

Sorry, but what a load of old shite.
 
Foster - very solid, looks confident although was a bit lucky as well
Defence - Brown and Evans did well, good goal by Evans
Full Backs - Evra standing too much upfront, but did ok when he stayed back, while Bardsley did not do much either
CM - Scholes get's better and better while Fletch is Fletch, just wont make it imo
Wingers - Martin did well, tricky, good crosses, have high hopes, while Eagles was rather quiet.
Rossi - a bit unlucky at time, lacks the final touch so far, needs more time and needs to bulk up a bit
Richardson - did well, good passes, best man so far next to Scholes

Looking forward to see Gibson and Jones on the pitch

Calm down! I dont think anyone could say at the moment if Martin could replace giggs, he is looking good though.

Fletcher is looking sharp also
