Chelsea vs Manchester United

No berba again, this sucks, our attack and backline look weak :nervous:

Obertan over Nani on the bench?

That does surprise me, Nani not even in the 18.

Other than that, Vidic and Berbatov are going to be a big miss in this match and that back four are going to have to be very good today to withstand the threat of Chelsea.

I hope we can get Rooney in the game I always worry he will be isoliated up top on his own vs the bigger teams. Its important we get support up there and attack there team we can't sit back in this match.

CSKA doesn't make Brown and Evans not the reliable players they are, would people get a bloody grip.

And an inconsistent half fit Vidic is hardly an all conquering solution. Too much emphasis being placed upon this.

If our midfield does its job which we know it can, then that will count for far, far more, than Vidic's inclusion.

Surprised to see Nani not even in the match squadbut no point crying over spilt milk and all that.

Obertan to come on and dazzles us all again today.

Quite pleased with that team, including the centre backs. No Berbatov worries me though. Is he injured? Is it serious?

The team that wants it more will get it.

Come on lads!

In other news: Mame Biram Diouf scored two goals for Molde in the noggie cup final, which ended with Aalesund winning on pens. Ollie has confirmed that Diouf will join up with the team in Manchester after a short vacation.

yep teams correct: confirmed on sky sports 1 (hull vs stoke) at the bottom

confirmed:

VDS

O'Shea
Brown
Evans
Evra

Fletcher
Carrick
Anderson

Rooney
Giggs
Valencia

subs: Vidic, Owen, Scholes, Fabio, Obertan, Gibson, Kusczak

Cech

Ivanovic
Terry
Carvalho
Cole

Essien
Ballack
Lampard
Deco

Anelka
Drogba

I wouldn't have started Berbatov even if he was fit, Vidic is the big miss for today's match.

Didnt want to see Deco in the Chelsea team. Such a good player on his day and with the power of Essien and ballack in midfield they cud well over run us.

COME ON UNITED!

It looks a bit dodgy, but then it did at Old Trafford last year and we won 3-0. We are overdue a win there, it's been 7 years. We'll do well to keep a clean sheet mind, very worried about Anelka and Drogba.

feck sake what's with all the negativity at the line up?

Get a grip will you, it'll be a closely contested game and we'll win 2-1 - maybe coming from a goal down.

Have some faith.

I think Owen at the front of Valencia + Giggs would be lethal, sorry Rooney.
