Why would Woods follow Moyes to for instance Norwich or Newcastle if he gets the chance to stay at United?
To be honest if van Gaal comes in, I can't see him making THAT many changes to the backroom staff other than to replace Steve Round with maybe someone who knows the Club.
you must be blind not to notice how much more dominant he is comming for crosses? What exactly is this so called improvement we've seen from De Gea this season that can be attributed to Woods?
De Gea is at the same level he was last season imo (note I'm a big De Gea advocate)

sorry. it wasnt meant in an insulting way.I'm not blind no but thanks for the insult anyway
Woods has been working with De Gea to improve his handling on crosses and balls into the box, evidently it's paid off.i have this impression (not based on anything else than me arse telling me this) that DDG has improved a lot when commanding his box but he is not a quick on the line as he used to be.
anyone else feels the same?
Leaving the Club according to the Mail, as van Gaal is bringing in his own man.

VDS please
A little surprising. Woods is widely credited as being a positive influence on De Gea's development.
LvG will want to work on his ball playing skills. He'll need a specialist keeper for that, who will match the philosophy of the style van Gaal will seek to implement. He'll probably need to be a man who wants to work cohesively with van Gaal too. The keeper is an important position for Louis. Whilst Woods is a good coach, he just doesn't fit the bill unfortunately. He has done well in improving De Gea's command of the box and making him more of an assertive, vocal player, but that looks as far as he'll go.A little surprising. That may be so, but it would be unfair to not allow bring in his own people. Just as Moyes displaced Steele with Woods.
