Casillas telling Cristiano to go back to the middle of the pitch to get booed by fans at the end of the game.

Is that really what Casillas is doing?

If I was Ronaldo Id be annoyed too.
Casillas throws 3 goals in, Ronaldo covers his mistakes and iker is the one who makes a show of 'respecting' the fans by publicly embarrassing Cristiano.

Pretty much. However, he should have gone. All players should. Casillas was a prick though. His shit form is going to cost us De Gea!

Yep.

Ronaldo hates losing, I remember an article where Varane said Ronaldo gets very angry when the team loses and how he found his reaction hilarious.

To be honest I would be fuming if I were Ronaldo, they were very close to getting knocked out. Real Madrid made Schalke look like a world class team. Schalke are not that great, Dortmund battered them not long ago and we all know Klopp's team were going through it.

Imagine the amount of goals he will score for us in the Europa League.

Not really. Even though he had a bad game, he is still the captain and he's just doing his duty.

Nah, gesturing like that was showing off for the fans - he could just had a quiet word. Doesn't really matter though.

Hope you guys are ready for a summer of Ronaldo flashing his tits at you before turning his back and pledging allegiance to Madrid again

And I'd be fuming too if my side were nearly eliminated in the last 16 round by one of the worst sides left.

Cock in hand, mate!

Both are being idiots. Not surprising from either. Whether they played good or bad is irrelevant for the issue in question. Ronaldo should be a better team-mate, Casillas shouldn't show off like that in public. A captain shouldn't act like a boss, but rather as an inspiring and unifying leader. If doing so is impossible in the locker room - and many times it is, in professional sports - it still doesn't give him reason to forcing it in public, where it will be counter-productive.

Here's a question, supposing Bale and Ronaldo both became available, which one would you guys take? Keeping in mind their age differences here.

;)

Because of their age it's a tough one.. However, I think we can say that (at this moment in time anyway) Bale is pretty much useless when his pace starts to fade whereas I'm convinced Ronaldo could be utilized as a striker deep into his thirties. Also, the combination of Ronaldo and United is a wet commercial dream.

Ronaldo is one of the fittest and most athletic people in the world. I don't see him declining in his early 30s to a level that would not warrant picking him over Bale.

When will people understand that he will never leave before becoming the all time top scorer at Madrid?

Zip back up, muppets!

What exactly happened at the end of the game?

Seemed to me the fans were booing, Casillas as captain, looks to be getting the Real players to stay out and applaud or give recognition to the fans. Ronaldo looked like he wanted to get off the ptich sharpish. Casillas stops him from going (as he did other players) and guestures to him to stay out for the fans. Ronaldo relunctantly stays out standinghands on hips and looking pissed, shaking his head.

Don't think its a big deal tbh, Ronaldo was obviously pissed about loosing and wanted to get off the pitch, Casillas was trying to be a good captain and get the players to acknowlege the fans.

Ah alright. Seems like a small deal. Casillas was probbaly right in doing that but real fans are the real joke here.

Ronnie has every right to want to walk straight off the pitch, his 2 goals last night kept Real in the CL. Casillas was being an idiot, what good would it do to team morale for them to stand getting boo'd by their own fans?

He was asking them to applaud the fans, if I recall correctly.

Also I don't get this 'he scored two goals the others let him down'. It's a goddamn team sport, you win together, you lose together, and you don't act like a petulant child when others haven't performed.

I'd be pissed off if De Gea acted in a similar fashion after a game in which he'd been excellent (which is most games), as far as I can remember his reactions have always been that of a good teammate.

There's a picture of Casillas dragging Isco over to the fans by the shirt, too. What a plonker. Smacks of him trying to appear like whatever the Madrid version of a "top red" is, despite the fact he had an absolute shocker of a match.

Edit: Eh, t0p r3d appears to be a censored word.
