The main thing is the players. If we can't get transfers in the summer, then expect more of the same next season. As for manager? I honestly don't have the slightest clue. Who would fill the profile? I would like someone with a strong personality who can bring discipline and hard work back to the dressing room, those elements have long been missing at Barca.
