Sloppy from Madrid. Nice build-up play around thirty yards from Levante goal, but then they try a fancy flick too many, lose possession and Levante counter and punish them with a goal.

Let's see what they're made of now!

Really strange how Vela and him have suddenly improved after being crap/average for years in English Premier League. Vela especially has turned into a very good striker.

Not that strange. Vela had an attitude problem, dos Santos a bit as well. Gio was always loaned away and played about 15 games per season before last year. He hasn't been given a proper chance in hell until now and I imagine he can only blame himself for that. Some players take a while to become professional.

It's different though. With us it looks like an accumulation of individual errors/failings. With their defence, the organisation seems to have broken down - though admittedly that was also true of Mourinho's era.
