Damn, thought Rooney had scored there
Can't call it a dive because there is contact but yes he threw his leg in to get the foul.
And Is Ireland a United fan?![]()

Shöuld have been banned for the dive v QPR
It's a bit embarrassing you can't accept that. Most of your fellow supporters can man up and do it.
Who said I hate young?? You should read my posts in other threads, I've got nothing against divers or others, but that doesn't mean I can't see whether it was a dive or not.No, it is a penalty and it is as clear as you think tbh, fecksake some of the Young hatred is sickening.
Check the replay. He moves his foot towards the defender's foot, then throws his back leg over in a theatrical fall. It's a dive, clear as day.
It's a blatant dive by Young, just because there's contact doesn't mean he hasn't gone and dived. He could've easily stayed on his feet.
Newcastle United defender Ryan Taylor has tweeted: "Ashley Young is an absolute DISGRACE. He's the biggest cheat in the league. His antics are a joke."
There's contact in that situation exclusively because of Young. It's not a dive technically, but it's heavy simulation.
And you said this because you're not a United supporter... Clear as day. There are too many hypocrites around here.

I don't call any player a cheat but if you think he didn't dive here then well I can't help you.
Haters gonna hate
