I mean, if he's going to insist on playing Giggs in a two man midfield, against the strongest midfield opponent in the Premier League, then that's already quite strange, but then why not play Carrick alongside him?
I mean in the centre of the park. Scholes or Carrick dictate the tempo of the game and spray passes about to the wide men. That isn't Giggs' game.

Trained all week with no problems. Woke up with a back spasm today and could not play. This has been happening regularly and is going to a specialist on Monday for a solution. Implication is he could be out for a while.
