Howard Kendall echoes my thoughts perfectly

That’s the verdict of Everton legend Howard Kendall, who watched SDHpmidfielder Fellaini for five years at Goodison.
Former Everton boss David Moyes was determined to be reunited with the Belgium international at Old Trafford.
But Kendall – the most successful manager in Everton’s history, said of the Fellaini deal: “Moyes wanted him and got him but I don’t think he’ll improve Manchester United.
“To start with, where do you play him? David talks about his versatility – he can play in the centre of midfield, off the striker or in a holding role in front of the back four.
“But if you are buying a player, you put him where you want him to play and I haven’t got a clue what his best position is.
“I appreciate the lad. He’s got presence because of his size and he’s dangerous at set-pieces.
“But he floats – he plays it easy. He’s too safe with the ball for me – he doesn’t hurt the opposition with a pass.
“I would put that deal down as a good sale by Everton at that money. And when I look at the players who came in, it was without a doubt a good window for Everton.”
Terrible news, if true. He needs lots of games to settle down before we'll see the best of him, whatever that ends up being.
How can you be out for 3 months with a wrist injury? Surely it's a matter of weeks, not months.

I also was reading he would be out for a couple of weeks, this was after a posted my other message.
Mind you when I was a kid a cracked a bone in my wrist and it was in plaster for 6 weeks.
Needs an operation so he probably needs time to recover.
I don't care what it makes me, but I don't think I've ever been happy that a 'United player' is injured; this guarantees that Moyes cannot play him, which is only a good thing for United. Time for Cleverley to ensure he's not straight back in the side when he's fit.
It's such a stupid line of reasoning. What happens if Carrick and Cleverly, hell even Anderson pick up injuries? Is he going to be happy that Fellaini can't cover for them because he's now injured?
i hope his elbow won't be affected by this injury.
I hope they put in a bionic elbow, like iron man, or some whose elbow got blown off by a landmine.
United's Facebook has confirmed the injury, they've also described him as a striker. As you can imagine the vast majority of the reactions are positive and welcoming of the news.
if it's just his wrist can he not play with a cast on like Cantona

Seems to attract the best and the brightest, that Facebook page.
Bad news. Whether people like it or not he's now - at least - a part of the rotation. We're back to square one in terms of CM options for a longish spell.
Nah I think it's only a few weeks.

Brutal stuff there.
Is "wrist injury" some kind of euphemism?
Looks like Anderson will get one more chance then to prove he's not completely useless then, it's like we're parenting a meth head.
Whilst it's never nice to see a United player injured, do people not see where the "glad he's injured" brigade are coming from? Can't say I agree with it, but I understand it. He seems to be a key player in Moyes's plans, playing every game even though he's been awful in every single one. You could argue his presence makes us worse as a team. If his being injured is the only way Moyes won't pick him, then it's hardly surprising some people are glad he's injured.

No he hasn't.
