He will stay.
I'd bet my life on it.

IMO, Bebe is a gamble. A player who has tallent and may blossom.
Hes no Rooney replacement as it stands.
I really hopes he goes to City. Frankly, his attitude stinks and i want to see him in the shadows of our great club for the rest of his career. No doubt going to City would push them as clear title favourites over us,but i rather take the cash, than see this cnut screw us up on a Bosman. Given his character, he could.
As for the future, a Berbatov and Hernandez partnership isn't too bad. Cheer up guys.
Hopefully
The longer he leaves it the harder it'll be to U-turn...he needs to make a statement before tomorrows game I feel, because there's going to be chanting and it'll be reported

My theory is he told them in the summer (and no doubt has a deal in place set up back then) and like Ronaldo was going to give one more year.
However, it's possible Fergie had found out about the deal and has been deliberately playing the situation from day one - and Rooney has got frustrated enough to force the move earlier due to a stop-start season, and has played right into Fergie's hands in terms of making himself look like an arsehole publicly.
can we recall Wellbeck?

Just thought I'd make sure this isn't forgotten in the locked thread.
That deal affected the fans the following season with the price increase. It did not deny us signing further top players I think, because we still signed RVD, Veron & Rio for big money.
Just gonna put it out there...
Balotelli and Hart?
can we recall Wellbeck?
Nani and Berbatov as our only decent attacking players now.
I like it
If that was true, City wouldn't have gone after Balotelli. Tevez, Rooney and Balotelli? All wanting to play regularly, no chance even city would have gone for it.

now you're just being silly.
I stand by it, still think he's off abroad in all honestyJust thought I'd make sure this isn't forgotten in the locked thread.
Who the feck is tapping him out? Surely it has to be only City. On another note, i wonder if Mourinho would still be keen to take over once Fergie resigns. There can never be a bigger challenge, ie to rebuilt a dynasty.

if he doesn't are you going to commit suicide?
Even the fans lack Ambition by the looks of here!! Jeezzz
The guy has been a cnut about it that is for sure and like i've always thought he'll be finished by the time he's 28 and feck Englands fans too. However he needs to be replaced with 'QUALITY' not no bloody Welbeck.
If the club had known about the deal, how could have Fergie not found out?
Fergie's hung him out to dry anyway.
I don't think there's anyway back for Rooney even if he did want it, and I reckon the Press conference and interview were more about appearing diplomatic than anything else.
Inwardly Fergie would have to be fuming to come out and say anything like that about one of his own players, but he's worded it all carefully because he's still got to keep the squad undivided and such while Rooney is still there.
We wont get the juicy stuff until after Rooney's fecked off.
Why not? They have unlimted money. Balotelli was a coup for them because of his status, imagine how massive it would be for Rooney to go there!
Besides, if this was sorted this summer for next, it gives them ample opportunity to get rid of Adeybeyor.
