Usually, referees allow for one warning and then book the player if it's a bookable offence. Webb has been splashing out yellows for fun today, consider the Kagawa yellow, absolutely nothing worthy of a yellow card in that tackle.

I missed the Kagawa booking, but I told it was just a cynical foul more then anything? Refs do allow for one warning, but only if the tackle by itself isn't worthy of a booking. RVP's, Rio's and Jonas' by themselves were all worthy of a booking.

He has been a little card happy at times against us. Hopefully we don't get anymore cards in the second half and he starts giving cards out to newcastles. A few times they were lucky that we played advantage for a couple of dodgy tackles that deserved a yellow.

I don't think Webb has been too unfair. At least he has been consistent with the yellows. He did miss the Tiote stamp but booked him for "overreaction" so that sort of does even out a bit.

Cleverley's role today seems to be going massively undetrated. He's been quality. Linking the midfield to attack in a way we just can't do with scholes and carrick together.

Yeah I agree he has been great in the Scholes role.

People probably don't notice him because he isn't much going forward but that's not his job today.

We are basically playing with two 6ers today and he and Carrick doing a great defensive job as well as initiating our attacks.

The only one falling off a bit atm seems to be Kagawa, after Gutiérrez clattered him he has basically gone into hiding.

How is that not a foul?

seriously, even an idiot like myself realizes that kagawas position is ridiculous, why not put nani or valencia?

dropped and unfit.

What a save in the end.

Think he kept it out.

Again De Gea needs to chill and no you can't give that, no complaints either way for me if it was given fair enough if not again fair enough. Have to trust the officials.
