Sanctions don't seem to be having any effect and considering NK appears to earn sod all revenue from exports just exactly how are they financing all these missiles. Who is financing them and providing them with the necessary materials? Someone must be.

Judging by that not long before they can target Tokyo. That means they have an ability to cause serious damage against Japan's and Korea's capital cities. They are gaining leverage here.

Being able to target Beijing is a massive worry as well.
Invasion of North Korea is close to impossible and will lead to a nuclear meltdown.
Rightly or wrongly the US aren't going to care too much until they have missiles capable of reaching them AND delivering a warhead. Right now they're quite some way off.
If they wanted to hit any old US ship/base they could practically throw it there. The Korean Peninsula is crawling with the American military.

I know it's a naive/immature question, but I'm interested to know, why can't the SAS et al (SEALs more likely, I imagine) be sent in to swiftly take the main fellas out at the same time as aircraft hitting any known, potentially dangerous launch sites?
They have one of the biggest armies in the world, a mad dictator + enough nukes to ruin the region.
