When they are playing their normal game getting forward, they always leave huge gaps and make mistakes that allow the opposition chances. Being that we've been so good with our defending in recent times I'll back our coaching staff to get the twins to end up with exactly the right balance of being a real threat coming forward but also being more solid defensively.

I've seen a few Union games on the tele, and am pretty sure whenever the opposition has a goalkick, the Union supporters shout 'you suck, asshole'. For those who went to the match tonight, is that what they do yell, or should I get my hearing checked?

yeah, that's right. i was in the pepsi zone with a bunch of "son's of ben" union supporters. in fairness they were pretty funny with their chanting. they also made an effort to tone down the language when kids were around.

I was on sector 118 row 25, just got home, the traffic was horrendous.
Yeah, it was pretty funny. Sons of Ben is also amusing because they are the SoBs.
philly fans back their teams fervently. it doesn't matter what the sport is. in general they are SoB's (in the two senses of the word), but you have to respect their passion and loyalty.

Just back from the match, traffic sucked. Was a decent pre season match.
Fun game to go to. Should have been 3-2 but for poor finishing on both sides. This will be the only time opposing fans take over a Philadelphia stadium. It's just not done, and it was awesome. Nice to meet some of the Caf memebers, will post some pics this evening.

Wasn't particularly a great game of football... but i loved the atmosphere, except for the vuvuzelas....there were red shirts everywhere!
Met some caf members in the lot...we had a couple beers, had a little kick around, (wit some delightful interchange of passes too)...it was great!

Philly fans are the most vile of them all. Absolute dickhead fans. They once booed Santa Claus.
Philly fans will turn on their team in an instant. They have regularly booed their best players in the past (McNabb, Schmidt, Iverson, Lindros, etc.). Vile fans.
