The Championship 2018/19 - Play-off final

No surprise there, except I expected it to be sooner actually. I'll bet they'll go for Moyes now.

Well at least we know Bruce is available now when Mou gets the boot

Great comeback from WBA to draw 2-2 in the end. Sheffield United win though so they reach Leeds and Middlesbrough at the top. Derby-Norwich 1-1, Nottingham-Millwall 2-2 and Rotherham-Bristol City 0-0.

Harvey Barnes is having a brilliant season for WBA in the number 10 position.

He's actually on loan from Leicester so they have their James Madisson replacement ready when they flog him for 50m.

no truth in the rumour that Merse think it's a big Yorkshire local derby match?

First time ive seen Brentford this season, they're not a bad team, play some nice stuff. They'll be in the mix for promotion come the end of the season.

They've been a bit lucky with the ref today, he is utter turd.

Oh and as i type Leeds strike back!

 Pontus Jansen saying the ref was shit on live tv.

Tbf he was awful and very one sided he definately favoured Brentford in every call.

Final results:

Leeds - Brentford 1:1
Birmingham - Rotherham 3:1
Middlesbrough - Nottingham 0:2
Millwall - Aston Villa 2:1
Norwich - Stoke 0:1
Preston - Wigan 4:0
QPR - Derby 1:1
Sheffield Utd - Hull 1:0
Swansea - Ipswich 2:3
West Brom - Reading 4:1

Sheffield United leading the table alone. WBA are second, with Stoke on a good run atm. Bolton-Blackburn now.
1-0 Blackburn FT.

Aston Villa lose to Milwall 2-1, and Ipswich (after 12 games) win their first game of the season

WBA miss the chance to go top, as they lose against Wigan. Nottingham and Brentford lose as well, while Norwich are coming back in style. Aston Villa back to the winning way against Swansea. Hull City-Preston 1-1, Ipswich-Q.P.R. 0-2, Reading-Millwall 3-1, Rotherham-Bolton 1-1, Blackburn-Leeds 2-1 and Stoke-Birmingham City 0-1. Derby County-Sheffield United now.
2-1 Derby FT.

Birmingham 2-1 Reading, Middlesbrough 0-0 Rotherham, Millwall 2-1 Wigan, Norwich 2-1 Aston Villa, QPR 3-0 Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United 1-1 Stoke, Swansea 3-1 Blackburn

Birmingham are up to 9th in the league, only 1 point off the playoffs and are on a 10 game unbeaten run
Rotherham get their first away point of the season
Middlesbrough stay top

Not a pleasant viewing that is seeing Leeds top of the table (even if it doesn’t mean much at this stage). Feck them.

Leeds, Sheffield Utd and Norwich this year please.

Even if they have sacked Bruce, Villa are still struggling. They need to look over their shoulders now.

I’m really enjoying the Championship this season, the quality is far better than it was 3 or 4 years ago.

I’ve got a soft spot for Derby, Lampard is working wonders there. They play some lovely football at times.

Leeds under Bielsa and Swansea under Potter are also impressing me.

I actually prefer watching it to the Premker League right now.
