Yeah I want Leeds to go up as I want to see how Bielsa will do in the Premier League and also want to see West Brom go up as I like Darren Moore.

I doubt spying is specifically mentioned in the FA rulebook! It'll be one of those things so rare and ridiculous that it will fall under "bringing the game into disrepute".

I hate them too but the atmosphere during a Manchester United/Chelsea vs Leeds match would be hundred times better than during a Manchester United/Chelsea vs Huddersfield match.
It will be interesting if Leeds come on to the PL. Especially among the younger generation who are mostly used to only the Manchester derby or United-Pool rivalry.
