Campbell not even on the bench against West Ham...
Which is odd as he's not going to play against us in their next match!

Reading by some comments in spurs forum, they don't even care how long he is out for,as they don't rate him at all, make me wonder what chances he has at utd,not much tbh...
The only reason they dont rate him is because hes on loan.
I'm not too old. Early 30's. I was just saying...
26 mins: Pavlyuchenko ushers the ball out of play, holding off Titus Bramble. He's only protecting the ball, but the linesman gives a free-kick against him. "Ridiculous," blasts Chris Waddle. In other news, Fraizer Campbell is stripping off, so one of the Spurs strikers is presumably injured
27 mins: And it's Darren Bent, who is replaced by Campbell
29 mins: Bentley's having quite a decent game on the right – about time too as he's been rubbish of late – and from his cross Campbell almost scores with his first touch, but a defender beats him to it
52 mins: Goal! Tottenham 1 Wigan 0 Campbell is played through, the keeper comes out and the substitute dives over him. I think it's a dive, pure and simple. The keeper is booked, then goes the wrong way as Pavlyuchenko tucks home the penalty
54 mins: Chris Waddle reckons he saw "slight contact" but that Campbell "went down too easily". He collapsed quicker than a sloppy soufflé. Wigan will feel unhappy, and I'm on their side
56 mins: Pavlyuchenko crosses, Campbell's header and it looks for all the world to be heading at some pace into the far corner but Kingston flings out an arm and diverts the ball wide. Very fine save, that one, and the best moment of the match, for me
no it wasnt ..
look at campbell's left foot at 00:45
keeper gets a good hand on his shoe .. more than enough to trip anyone
Exactly. No dive. The Goalkeeper clearly makes contact with his left foot. No dive.
Poor dive.
None of that now Frazier lad.
I'd love it for him to make it here... how long has it been since we produced a good striker that's had a reasonable spell at the club?

Still looks like a dive to me.
I watched the 2nd half of the game yesterday and he played pretty well. Almost scored from the header and gave few great passes to Pavlyuchenko.
He was already going down before his foot hit the keepers hand, I'd call it a dive - at the very least he was looking for the penalty.
Exactly. He was falling well before his foot was hit.
Dive.
Obviously.
Tottenham's January signing Pascal Chimbonda will start against Shakhtar Donetsk in Thursday's first leg of the Uefa Cup last-32 at RSK Olimpiyskyi.
Vedran Corluka is cup-tied and Ledley King and Jamie O'Hara are returning from injury so will not travel.
Darren Bent will start in attack as strikers Jermain Defoe, Robbie Keane and Roman Pavlyuchenko are cup-tied.
Carlo Cudicini, Jonathan Woodgate, Wilson Palacios, Aaron Lennon and Luka Modric did not travel to Donetsk with Tottenham, while the Londoners are expected to name youngsters Dean Parrett and John Bostock as substitutes.
Their three best strikers are all cup-tied in the highest profile trophy they have a chance of winning this season.
Spurs.
Why? If we play with a lone striker up front tonight it will be Bent. I'd expect Campbell to start if we play 4-4-2, but not otherwise.... By the looks of it Campbell should be starting.. No Modric, Lennon, O'Hara, Palacios, and their 3 strikers Defoe, Keane & Pavlyuchenko.. So it would be hard for them to even play a 4-5-1!
