We fecked a great opportunity today. Story of the season.
Could do with Arsenal winning, knock Spurs out of the race and they'll all go on holiday.
You were saying something earlier? So one wants to finish in the top 4, lol!
Big winner this weekend are Liverpool, expecting to be 5th when all games were caught up but still 3rd.
It still stands, tbh.You were saying something earlier?
We've won feck all until 3 points are on the board.
Yeah but its back in your hands at least for now. Can't think you'd of thought that at 12 this morning. Best set of results possible for you guys.
So, a Watford win tomorrow and it's as you were...
Ridiculous couple of results.
Spurs are now mathematically certain of a top 4 finish unless we lose all of our remaining games + United win all of theirs + a huge GD swing occurs. Nearly time to call in the bet I made
As for the two other top 4 places, my money is still on City and Liverpool.

Well if the first two happen, the 3rd part is something of a given no?
OkNo, a draw tomorrow and it's as you were.
Anything else and it's a slight change.
Even if lose all of them by 2 goals and United win all of theirs by 2 goals, the GD would still be +7 in Spurs favour.
It's amazing how so many people think Liverpool are just going to turn on the form in the last 4 games when they haven't strung 3 wins in a row together since 2016. They are just as likely to mess it up as we are.I still don't see how anybody can say that top 4 is over or has been over since a certain date etc?
3rd-5th is 1 point. 3rd-6th is 6 (with a game in hand for 6th).
I appreciate the argument about strength of opposition etc that you have left but there is still so much potential movement left in the remaining 4 games for each club.
I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Man Utd finish either 3rd with a EL trophy too or 5th without it. But I can't see how you'd say either definitively (though I struggle to see you not winning the EL tbh).
Turn half those draws into wins and the other half into losses and we'd be comfortably 3rd with 72 points despite having 10 losses.Just 3 defeats.
But if we only managed to win at least 2 or 3 out of our draws we'd be 3rd.
Frustrating as hell.
It's not the worst and it's not the first.Turn half those draws into wins and the other half into losses and we'd be comfortably 3rd with 72 points despite having 10 losses.
Worst unbeaten run ever.
If you win 3-0 at Goodison, then you bloody deserve the title.
Not so much winning at Goodison, but doing it at the critical end of a season and doing it when Everton look very good at home. That's why it's impressive. We did that last season
Sign of champion is not about getting wins against top 4.
It's getting ruthless when we smell blood. Today's a good example of when fergie team capitulate by beating smaller team to take advantage.
At the end of the day 3pts is 3pts.
But somehow we seemed to have a mental block, whenever we had the chance to move up the table we tend to draw.
