He scored 37 goals last season 11 of them are of penalties so 26 of them are of open play, not really an impressive number in French league. Batshyuai has scored 23 goals in his last season in French league and he's a bench warmer at Chelsea. These numbers are normal there.
The 21 goals the season before was when he only got 2 penalties to boost his number as usual and it's a terrible number anyway.
The guy's numbers are inflated and overrated. He's going to score with Arsenal just like Giroud but he won't lead them anywhere higher than top 4.
Have not seen Lacazette play but on paper sounds like a good signing considering his goal scoring record.

Morata strikes me as so much more of a United signing.
Doesn't mean he isn't good. Lacazette is a good player.
You have no idea what impact he will have for Arsenal he is pacey and is good at finishing and suits Wengers style of play.
We'll see if he can carry in his form in the PL but dont write off a player especially when you haven't watched him play outside of YouTube compilations and some sqwuaka stats.
When he finish a season with 23 goals because he got only 2 penalties then the next season he gets 11 and this makes him score 37 goals so yes I'll put it in consideration.

Arsenal problems are much bigger than Lacazette only. I have never been worried of them while they're having Sanchez to be worried of them when getting a weaker version of him, especially if Sanchez himself leaves.

Arsenal will force Sanchez to stay especially if his only option is City so you could see them playing alongside each other. That fact that Arsenal have managed to stay in the top half of the table with limited striking options like Giroud the last few years says a lot. I joke about them all the time with friends who support them but if Wenger brings in the right players this summer they will be difficult to deal with.
Still, 5 million euros is basically pocket change nowadays.

This is only applied if he stays which I don't think gonna happen. Sanchez will force the move.
Sanchez was the only one carrying this team these years and if he leaves any of his replacements are gonna be weaker.
Arsenal got Sanchez for a good price too.
Sanchez can't force a move; no player can force a move. All he can do is refuse to sign a new contract, at which point it comes down to whether Arsenal want to cash in now or let him leave for free in a year. Personally I think keeping him for one more season would be more valuable to them, as they'll have a far better chance of getting back in the CL with him in the team.

If you was arguing this case with him scoring 11 goals then getting 22 the next season I would understand. But the man is scoring over 20 goals a season without penalties so I don't get the issue.
What about 14/15? Infact hes scored 20+ the last 4 seasons. He can obviously score goals, whether he can replicate that in the PL, we'll see
scoring 76 goals in total in three league seasons in a raw is not overrating. Lacazette has proved himself well in France and now is more than ready to take the next step in another league. All that for 45m euros.

Avoid meme posting, I don't think it's allowed.
As for Lacazette, he is certainly a good striker, but I think his tallies are inflated a little by his penalty stats. I think Morata is certainly the higher risk and slightly less proven, but he has never been given the platform to be the leading number 9. He very well could be on the cusp of breakout into a seriously brilliant number 9. There are some parallels to Fernando Torres.
United fans have all the reasons to be worried imho, finishing was the problem last year and the squad has lost its main striker and most rounded pressure taker.
