Its been a bit of a Meh transfer season so far for us overall me thinks.
Well, at least two of the previous exciting ones (2014–2015) haven't quite worked out for us, so it might not be such a bad thing after all. Perhaps a change in this matter could be exactly what we need. The transfer window is long from being closed though.
Time will tell, I think the squad is/will be good enough and it sounds as Mourinho rates the majority of the squad too. There will probably be one or two more signings, like he said himself.
I'm more concerned with our strategy in attack. When we don't set up for counter-attacking, what's the idea?
We had no effective distinct plans last season, apart from the emergency big-boys-in-the-box some times when we needed a goal. A method I actually like, but there should be more alternatives going forward so that we don't even need to use that one too much either.
