Personally I would ban anyone involved from any state benefits, entitlements to free NHS care, and deny them a student loan.

There's a very interesting book I've just finished called The Selfish Society, it focuses on how Society has gone so wrong in the past 50 to 60 years, basically its a parenting book which suggests that the values kids are being raised with these days are destroying society.

In theory though American riots have always gone far beyond where we are now, all violent crime is in another dimension compared to Britain.
