You.
Who are you talking to?
You.
Is today a special day?
Me either nor will i tommorow either
Shit weekend.
Except Huddlestone's not actually rubbish.
Modric is simply more effective from a wide position than he'd be centrally in Redknapp's 4-4-2.
If we signed him I'd have no doubt he'd play on the left for us as well. Perhaps he would play centrally when we play in this 4-5-1 system that Fergie increasingly seems to use.
I did, and its obvious that Harry wants to continue with his two 2 DM's in the centre - its all speculation, because we haven't seen him play the centre to see how he would fare.
Yes your right its a different game, but my point was in seeing him play CM for Croatia IMO he could do it in the PL, with a solid DM next to him. Seeing as we haven't seen it yet, I won't comment on him playing CM no more - rather just hang on to my hypotheses.
I wouldn't say he is nothing like him. Technically brilliant footballer, with the ability to control games and make killer passes. Sounds like Scholes to me. In what ways is Scholes different in your opinion?
The Fabregas comment was a little spastic.
Krasic can play left, i dont see why its this either or scenario with some people, Valencia was even playing left wing today when Giggs came on, my point is both Valencia and Krasic can operate in the same team and interchnage during the match from either flank....its called having a fluid front line with adaptable players.
I don't think you've seen enough of him to know whether he could play there consistently.
How would you know how much of him i may or may not have seen? pure speculation on your part.....ive seen plenty of Krasic over the past 2 years for club and country.
Cheap hotels, weekend rendevous.....

Whats that thing called again..... Oh yeah the internet.
Dunno, but it did have Huracan games when I was following Pastore last year.Never heard of it.
Tell me more...does it show games of CSKA moscow now that no-one's interested in, because that'd be news to me. Myp2p doesn't have everything. Some nights it struggles to get United in a Carling cup for christ's sake!
Modric would be a fantastic signing.
And I do still think Modric is better than Fabregas. He simply doesn't get the media spotlight because he plays for Spurs and not one of the top 4.

To be honest, I reckon Kranjcar would've been a good buy for us especially for how cheap Spurs picked him up for.
I'd hope he'd be mature enough not to be bothered by another player's nationality.
We need Hargreaves, Ferdinand, Vidic, O'Shea, Van der Sar all fit and a doctor of Gregory House's intelligence... dead leg ... pfff!
We had his song, you can't be closer than that.
Problem is, Silva is injured and as a few others have pointed out (and as I have noticed the few times I've seen him) he performs well when he has time on the ball. He may not be suited to the PL but he is a professional and could adapt so I'm probably talking bollocks. Anyway, the main thing is that he is currently injured so it would be an Aquilani type of signing.I'd like to sign Lloris, he's already one of the best keepers in the world and still has plenty of years to dominate with us. Since we urgently need a left winger, I'd suggest David Silva. Seems the best option from a scarce supply. Also since we need a good centre mid I think Van Der Vaart would do a good job for us.
Christmas is 349 days away, and I'm sure SAF doesn't care about your birthdaySilva/Gourcuff/Hamsik, someone who can play Fletcher's role when he's out(none of the other midfielders can), David Villa/Pato/other legitimate scoring threat, and a good keeper(Adler/Neuer/Lloris).
Is that too much to ask?
A wing-forward type striker, such as Benzema or Ribery (though I would never take either at more than about £30m)
Modric is good it's true. But he ain't better than Fab. No way.Modric would be a fantastic signing.
Vuc, I respect you.
Modric isn't really like todays Scholes, because one attacks, and the other sits due his physical condition/age, but certainly similar to a Scholes a few years ago. And what we definitely need right now, and have needed for some time. Scholes also played on the left for England at times. What you have tried to explain about he can play in the middle for Croatia because a slower pace makes use of his intelligent passing just doesn't make sense. Heres a quote from Redknapp:
"I think he could play for anyone, he's that good. He's a fantastic footballer, amazing player, great brain," "Not only is he a great footballer, he's strong, he works for the team, takes knocks and gets on with it." "I played him off the front, I've played him wide left and he plays central in a 4-4-2. Against Stoke he was fantastic in the middle of the park, against a physical team, and he was the best player on the pitch that night.
I'm sure a few people would disagree with you Brwned when you say Huddlestone is 'rubbish'. It will be interesting when Lennon returns, to see where Redknapp plays Modric and Kranjcar. He has said they can play in the same side.
