Since when does most shots on goal count as a positive stat for a Manager?
Mine is a year after, I have a bit of faith!
Why so it is! Man who predicts 2017 is either mighty brave, or mighty foolish!![]()
I think Perez will have to stick with him for a while. I think the expectations for this season will be minimal, I think he'll do well next season with a trophy or two, and I think things will go sour in the autumn of 2017.
I've got it all figured out, you see.
So he will get sacked and come back and be sacked again?
Don't be so mean FCBarca,we all suppose that he won't be like Pep but he was a great player and when top players tried to be managers the expectation was always big ,with different results of course, great like Cruyff or awful like Maradona.Typical idiocy from the capital with their dog & pony show parading a former player as a 'Pep' hopeful when he showed nothing thus far in terms of results, style or player development and then trying to imply 'he's one of their own'. Even that farcical pressy looked like a marketing ploy to desperately give the impression of optimism
No doubt will give them an initial boost as is the case with most coaching changes as well as help in luring perhaps players like Pogba but I don't expect much
Well its surely more positive than the least shots on goal record. It is just meant to show they continued playing very exciting football for the most part and for the fact certain players and fans never wanted him in the first place he has been sacked by that joke of a club. Plus if not for a ridiculously good Barcelona they would probably win the league this season. Why anyone wants that job is beyond me.
So if we are comparing two managers, the one the the highest shot on goal is the better manager? Sorry mate that just sound RAWKish to me. Ever since football has began, the better manager is the one with the Trophy, not shots on goal.
Reminds me of 2003 when Arsenal said they were the better side despite losing the premier to Man United.
This just needs to work out well.
is The Sun a bad source? I´m sure that will be a bid for Hazard but the part of Bale and United will depend on your next coach.I'm sure you don't need telling but The Beano generally knows more than The Sun, and quite why you'd want Hazard over Bale anyway would be a mystery to anyone who watches football....Hope it's true though!
Well said, now all the français in redcafe will be a bit madridistasStrangely, I want him to do well.

Nothing RAWKish whatsoever and yes in context to my original post it was also a clear dig at the way van Gaal has us playing but his job is still his. I think my point or be it a sarcastic one maybe should have been left out but the biggest point is he was doing very well as a manager and I was feeling slightly sorry for him whilst being more and more bemused at our own manager who will clearly not be winning any trophies either, whilst having us play the worst football in a very long time.
It's wonderful for warmth and light but now and again it sends out a damned great flare that fecks up everyone's electronics.
Seriously, the newspaper is utter dross and you shouldn't believe a word that's printed in it. It's shunned on Merseyside for the scurrilous lies it printed about Hillsborough. I wouldn't wipe my arse with it.
The Sun is shite mate.
I think Utd would love to get their hands on Bale, but i can't see Perez giving up on him.
The Daily Mail also has an article in tomorrows paper about a bid from United, but they are no better than The Sun unfortunately.
