For all his qualities he would have made feck all difference today most likely.
Just like the Chelsea game, this game is screaming for Kagawa.
Hopefully he'll be match fit soon enough.
He would have improved our passing for a start

Disagree, we kept trying to play through the middle, something he excels at. Also just to have someone other than Cleverly would be a massive improvement. For all his qualities he would have made feck all difference today most likely.
Not even fit enough for the bench? Do me a favour.
Really? You have to have players to pass to, there was minimal movement anywhere on the pitch.
He would have provided that movement and the tight short passing

Early days of course but Moyes preferring hard workers and grafters (Valencia, Young, Jones, Welbeck) to more technical players (Kagawa, Nani, Januzaj, Zaha, Fabio) I hope doesn't become a common theme. Not sure why Fabio couldn't start over Jones yesterday - was he injured?
It may well have been that Moyes didn't want to carry two players, who are both unfit, on the bench.

It may well be that Moyes is bringing his pragmatic approach to playing rivals from Everton to United. Two big games in a week against two rivals, and his team selections have been far from inspiring in both.
One player doesn't make an entire "move". It wouldn't have been worse to have him out there for sure but his impact would be reduced, just like we saw it many times last season.
Not fitness then, there we have it.
How about you make a choice between Kagawa and Young because you've actually started Nani, or a few other permutations for that matter.
That is not a decision which reflects well on Dave's assessment of our squad at the present time IMO.
The Chelsea team was fine IMO.
Today was bizarre.
