As much as I wanted Moyes out of United (never wanted him in the first place) - the job was too big for him - he seems a decent bloke and I wish him well
fixedI wish him well also despite everything - but if he thinks that he can come back to his old club hunting for players like our Fellaini then he's very wrongFellaini is such an important part of the team, that we'll never sell him for anything less than a really big orange

Yum!You're a tough negotiator. I hate oranges, but I couldn't turn down that offer for Fellaini if it were made - lets hope.
If he gets the job it will be difficult, but if he learnt from his United stint, he might actually do a good job with them... if he goes to Turkey that is.As much as I wanted Moyes out of United (never wanted him in the first place) - the job was too big for him - he seems a decent bloke and I wish him well
Not sure if serious! We'd probably give him the freedom of Old Trafford.I wish him well also despite everything - but if he thinks that he can come back to his old club hunting for players like our Fellaini then he's very wrongFellaini is such an important part of the team, that we'll never sell him for anything less than a really big offer

One of his defenders has already given him credit. Awful article.
Fergie scouted Herrera. Moyes wasn't sure about paying the buyout for him and signed Afro head instead.
Not that nonsense again! Giving Moyes credit for scouting hidden gems such as Herrera, Shaw, Fabregas and Kroos!
Wait and watch: once we are successful again Moyes will come out stating how it was him who made United aware of that strange word called "rebuilding" of which we had never heard and therefore had never implemented prior to Moyes' arrival! In fact he will claim that how proud he is to have started our rebuilding and LvG ist just continuing it!
I pointed this out on Everton forums a few years ago and the fact any successes he can claim have all been defenders. As you can imagine dogs abuse ensued although they've all changed their tune now.Looking back at how limited Baines and Jagielka were in England's dismal World Cup, the question arises whether Moyes has ever scouted a truly top level player. Arteta is probably the nearest but even he is a level below the top tier. So much for the IPads...

So much wrong with this post. What type of logic is this?
Moyes needs a group of players who will respect him. He didn't get that last year and was a dead man walking from the beginning.
why are you having a go at Phil Neville? He s a real red and always gave his 100% to the club.
Galatasaray seems like a terrible idea for Moyes. He should probably just wait until some Prem team panics, fires their manager and he can take over at a club where he can keep them up and buy well cheaply.
Also sort of feel like he'd do okay in Italy, for some reason.
How high were Moyes' wages?
1st class? Easyjet? I am curious! Was in the same flight as me today flying from Istanbul to manchester.looked like he was with his agent and was all smiles.

Well if we are just judging people on how they perform at World Cups then by your logic Tim Cahill is a " truly top level player " after his performances at 2 world cups.Looking back at how limited Baines and Jagielka were in England's dismal World Cup, the question arises whether Moyes has ever scouted a truly top level player. Cahill has scored in 3 differant World Cups playing for one of the weakest in the competition and he caused Holland and Chile enough problems so by default of not playing in the Champions League he must have been an elite player using your logic having proven himself at a 'reasonable arena'.Cahill, really? He plays for a battling team of underdogs who put in a shift but don't really trouble the top teams. As for Baines, when a player has never played at Champions League level, tournament level international football seems a reasonable arena on which to judge their suitability for elite football. And the verdict on Baines is that Hodgson dropped a bollock in ending Cole's England career in favour of a decent premier league player who can't make the step up.
