That's where I'd have to disagree. I personally don't feel the highlighted three are a tier above Lukaku.
They may have a better touch, but still have inconsistencies in their games.
Tunisia cannot cope with Lukaku today. To me, he's giving them a tougher game than Kane did, despite also scoring two.
