I hope they get kicked out of Europa League after this.
Yeah, some things are out of bounds. Mocking an outstanding organization such as UEFA? Not proper.

I don't support UEFA, just getting annoyed by Legia.
Are you mad everytime players discuss with referees or a manager criticises referee after the game? Do you think United should be stripped of all trophies they won under Ferguson because they constantly complained about referees?
What does all this have to do with Legia making an amateur error and then childishly whining to Celtic and UEFA this whole time?!
Well, they don't agree with UEFA's stance on this - in fact I'd say that most people don't given the general outrage this decision caused (and from what I've seen it's one of the very few forums where people actually think it was fair and just to hand a walkover to Celtic, I looked at Liverpool/City/Arsenal forums and they mostly think it was ridiculous) and think UEFA went over the top with their punishment (and yes, they did have a choice). You want them kicked out of the competition yet again because their fans have voiced their opinion during the game with a transparent.
If this is your take on this (you hope they're kicked out) then you should also want every single team whose players complain about referee's decisions to be kicked out as well because it's basically the same offence.
I assume you think communism is the best political system too.
From what I've seen, most football fans are behind Legia in this. The joy people got from Celtic losing against Maribor was quite funny. Celtic for doing nothing wrong have suddenly had their reputation tarnished.
For the money that is at stake nowadays, it'd be financial suicide to try and do the moral thing and have a rematch. They could have refused UEFA or taken Legia up on their offer for a rematch, etc.

The way I see it, Legia messed up, Celtic got lucky and that's just the way it is.
Do you reckon Legia would've given Celtic a rematch or refused the place if it was the other way round?Well they've gained absolutely nothing financially in the end.![]()
They're a public company- they have a fiduciary duty to their shareholders and would've certainly been sued had they done what you're proposing. They could have refused UEFA or taken Legia up on their offer for a rematch, etc.

Exactly, people who were advocating a replay are feckin idiots. They're a public company- they have a fiduciary duty to their shareholders and would've certainly been sued had they done what you're proposing.

Celtic were given a 3-0 win as per UEFA's rules and went through on the away goals rule. Had Legia won the first leg 5-1 they would have gone through.Well, they don't agree with UEFA's stance on this - in fact I'd say that most people don't given the general outrage this decision caused (and from what I've seen it's one of the very few forums where people actually think it was fair and just to hand a walkover to Celtic, I looked at Liverpool/City/Arsenal forums and they mostly think it was ridiculous) and think UEFA went over the top with their punishment (and yes, they did have a choice). There's no unfairness here at all. Legia were punished as per the rules, the same as any other team would have been and no amount of whining can hide that fact.
Celtic didn't "slime through", it was a matter that had absolutely nothing to do with them and was purely between Legia and UEFA. Legia kicking and screaming like a spoilt child doesn't hide the fact that they messed up and were punished in accordance with the rule UEFA had in place. Were UEFA just supposed to ignore their own rules? If there's one team who could survive the financial hit of no CL, it'd be Celtic. They're in a one-team league. Perhaps I'm being hopelessly romantic but I think they would've gained far more from a rematch. In this era of footballing greed, they'd have gone down in footballing folklore instead of the embarrassment of sliming through and crashing at the next hurdle.
If anything, I think Legia should be punished for their tweets after the game on Wednesday
What were they?
After Celtic lost they tweeted that "Football won".
And they were right with that tweet. Putting aside all their crying for rematch and all that, it would've been idiotic if a team that got trashed and couldn't beat their opponents in 3rd round would win in 4th round and thus got into group stages. Maribor, unlike Celtic, has beaten their opponents in a game of football, and thus, football won.
humped 6-1 still in Europe, beaten by Maribor still in Europe.................. embarrassing.
Humped by teams like Legia and Maribor yet will still finish ahead of Aberdeen by about 20 points. That's embarrassing![]()
Hookers and grannys are all over england as well, but the professionalism there is way high...errr.But this is Scotland mate. Kebabs and beer are the cornerstone of any post-match recovery programme.
