Juventus - Real Madrid (CL Final)

Who has achieved more? Big Ronaldo certainly hasn't

Ronaldo scored 12 goals in the UCL. 2 in the final infact hes scored 10 goals 6 times. No one has scored more than 10 twice.

It's starting to piss me off that after every game people need to debate about who is better between this player and that player. Not aimed at you personally btw, just in general that it seems we only compare players and point score instead of just discussing the match or the teams.

3 European cups isnt good enough .

Even Fergie said that many times.

I agree we should won more, but it isn't so underwhelming. There are also objective reasons in the past why we weren't so strong.

When you look at modern era, for example since the start of Champions League in 1992/93 we won it 2 times. Only Barcelona, Real and Milan won it more times and we have same number of cups as mighty Bayern. That's a good record in my books.

I was hoping for Buffon that Juve would win. But that 2nd half was shambolic from Juve.

Anyone got a Juventuz Fan TV stream?

Fitting that Real would be the first to retain it. Well deserved, as well - Juve were rubbish.

Cuadrado's 2nd yellow card happened right in front of the linesman. Hardly a metre between him and Ramos and he still failed to see how little contact there was.
Anyways, Congrats to RM for winning the semis finals of European Super Cup:wenger:

I think it's more that you said "Man Utd" which, iirc, supporters don't really say, because people who don't like us use it disparagingly.

I used it mainly cause of speed, typing too much. But well, no one can question my allegiance. But yeah, as I mentioned, my poor wording was mistaken.

Back to the topic though, happy it was a goal fest final at least, hate a game that goes to penalties.

Bit like the FA Cup final. If those sides were two cheeks of the same arse you'd struggle to decide which to kick first.

Real's squad is amazing, they can afford to not buy a single player in next transfer window and still can be champions

Their fullbacks especially are amazing, you cannot win CL with mediocre fullback, limit so many attacking options
If I could have us buy any player in the world for ManUtd that's not a forward, it'd be Marcelo.

We need to raid Juve while they're down lol, also if de Gea is going I'd ask for Marcelo, absolute beast.

Zizou, reaching the same legendary heights as a coach, as when he was a player. Love the guy. Juventus big dissappointment in second half, the different tactical disposition from Real in Second half made the entire final one-sided. I believe this is the first time Real Madrid wins the big double - can someone correct me if I am wrong? Well done Zizou:)

Anyways, congrats @Vato, @giorno, @gaucho_10 and other madridistas in here!
Thanks man! Hope you do well in the CL next season aswell.

Was hoping SAF might have been part of the trophy ceremony so we get a Ronnie-SAF moment.

12 times European champions. 12! It's unreal.

Juventus came out woefully unprepared in the second half.

Congratulations to Real, deserved to win. Juve disappeared in the second half but that is our history in the finals unfortunately
