I agree we should won more, but it isn't so underwhelming. There are also objective reasons in the past why we weren't so strong.
When you look at modern era, for example since the start of Champions League in 1992/93 we won it 2 times. Only Barcelona, Real and Milan won it more times and we have same number of cups as mighty Bayern. That's a good record in my books.
They did have a good season, they are either serial bottlers or just don't have the stamina against a team like this.

Yeah. Since winning it in 1996 they lost in 1997 (Dortmund), 1998 (Madrid), 2003 (AC Milan), 2015 (Barcelona) and 2017 (Madrid).
