Premier League Gameweek 2

They spent 40m on him and yet they are not starting him. Has Alli been really that terrible for Everton or is he returning from some kind of injury?

We haven’t spent anything on Dele yet.

Great impact by Onana early in his Everton career.

Rubbish. Hate 12:30 kick offs, we always seem to do naff. Going to be another long and depressing season. Striker needed as soon as possible as there are no goals in this side with Richy and DCL gone.

Trying to remember which PL club was rumbled last season for coordinating injury stoppages in the second half of games.

Was it Southampton?

Southampton used to take on energy sachets around the 64 minute I think, when one of their players would go down.

Onana looks like a Pogba regen.
Funnily enough, my above post was meant ironically since he lost the ball to the 2-0, then when I had pressed post he does that

Probably on the harsh side but I would sack Lampard, now. If he stays relegation is probably 50/50.

Is this an affliction that only effects Championship players? Watkins still aims for the keeper rather than the empty net-mind boggling!?

If you haven't sacked him in the summer you can hardly sack him after 2 games. That's not how to run a club.

When is football going to end the injury time farce. Just have a stop clock and two 30 minute halves. It's not rocket science ffs.

Sacking him wouldn’t make your squad any better. You will just be cash cow for coaches

You’re just guessing that that will work though. It’s a classic example of the grass being greener. I bet there’d be a multitude of unplanned and unintended consequences that neither you nor I have even thought of.

5 subs is another shite decision. Talk about breaking something that wasn't broke.
