A people's Revolution

Al Arabiya are reporting that Mubarak will announce later on this evening that he will not seek re-election in September, but intends to stay in power until then.

He really seems to be missing the point, ol' Hosni.

In case he's somehow missed the fact that millions are outside demanding he leave this very moment, then the considerate thing to do would be to GTFO now, and now fanny around with false promises of "I'll do it later I promise!".

He somehow expects or hopes that the Egyptians will forget or get bored by the time the elections come around

It's hard not to feel sorry for these guys, however bad they are, when their power suddenly crumbles before their eyes. I remember with Ceauşescu, who was a proper totalitarian nutjob, once he was in front of a kangaroo court and he had that look of incomprehension in his eyes, I couldn't help pitying him. A not very intelligent old man who'd convinced himself everyone adored him as the father of the nation.

Yup, it's the same with all of them, lackeys telling them what they want to hear, and seeing only what they want to see. It's probably why so many of them are so bewildered when it all falls apart, because as you say, it doesn't make any sense to them. But it's easy for me not to feel sorry for them, feck Real Politik and rationalization, when you think about the thousands they've killed over the years to hold on to power.

Which guys are these - Red Kaos / Avatar?

Just ignore it. It's his typical, Islamophobic behavior.

This is just plain hypocrisy. When you check the facts on international media ownership, you would see that jews are controlling the most influential media companies. Rupert Murdoch (News Corporation, SKY), Gerald Levin (Time Warner) and Michael Eisner (Walt Disney) are few examples as Jews control/own ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, SKY, MTV and many, many more media networks and companies.

So when you tell your friend Fitzjames not to watch Al-Jazeera, and to stay tuned to any other news broadcasting network, you are basically trying to tell him to be accept to be fed by, ultimately, jewish views, and you shouldnt, as a person who obviously wants to be seen as someone who actually uses his head, encourage him to do such a thing, I wouldn't mind, and even be bothered to post this, if you told him to see several views before deciding what right and whats wrong, but to make fun of Al-Jazeera and people who watch it, isn't helpful to your cause by any means.

Came up with this gem after a quick search, but there are more where this came from if you can spare the time.

Yes, but Saudi Arabia's home to Wahabism/Salafism...they've gathered huge support throughout the world, I don't see why Saudi Arabia'd be any different.... by Wahabism I mean the radical Islamic movement that basically wants to shoot anyone who's not a mentalist Salafi...I would've thought the North African revolution would've given them and their supporters enough impetus to force a revolution. I can't think of a more cnutish regime in the Middle East....how can people be happy living in those conditions. Then again, I suppose it's okay if you've got enough money...and enough camels to start your own camel racing grand prix.

The vast majority of Saudis are Hanbalis, while the Kingdom are nothing and the University of Madina espouses Wahabist doctrine, and happen to have influence on religious decrees. They will, for example, condemn women for driving or for Muslims celebrating the Prophet's birth day but happen to be silent on the war on Iraq or US troops in Saudi Arabia.

'official and dominant form of Sunni Islam in Saudi Arabia is commonly known as Wahhabism (a name which some of its proponents consider derogatory, preferring the term Salafism).[145] Wahhabism, founded in the Arabian peninsular by Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab in the eighteenth century, is often described as 'puritanical', 'intolerant' or 'ultra-conservative'. However, proponents consider that its teachings seek to purify the practise of Islam of any innovations or practices that deviate from the seventh-century teachings of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad and his companions[146]'

Are most Wahabis...Hanbalis? Surely, it must be the case.

 Rupert Murdoch!

I remember one of these guys talking about how Jews hide their identity by changing their names... the example he came up with to demonstrate this sinister trick was Charles Krauthammer. Who knew?

Avram Grant. He's clearly got part Scottish ancestry....but his parents forgot to give him a proper Scottish first name. Angus or Hamish would've sufficed.

That was IhabX7.

Apparently he did extensive resource and had thousands of sources to back up those claims, but then refused to talk about them or show them to anyone.

My concern is that when people use the logic that there are a great deal of Jewish people in power who have influence then you impugn their character by stating their allegience is to some Jewish masterplan over and above their responsibilites - the same I must note is applied to muslims being somehow a fifth column (Melanie Philips - I absolutely abhor her)

He's insane whatever the colour of his passport

I'm reading that thread that hr linked now...It's fantastic!! This man is amazing....in the same way David Icke is amazing. By which of course I mean mental.

Highlights so far..

When being informed that several of the "Jewish media moguls" he'd given as examples of their control over the world hadn't actually worked in the media for years...

I know these men quit, and I know their influence from behind the scenes, and I know Levin still has Robert Pittman as an official insider. But this was a smart move by him, why would a jew leave and another comes in, wouldnt it be a bit to obvious? Control but do not show it. Pull the strings silently.

Conspiracies. They're just too obvious.

And on how they're doing it...?

Zion is the last pure place in the world, according to The Matrix. If that's not abusing power and printing info to subconscience then nothing is. And thats a movie, still not your everyday evening news.

...Through the Matrix. That's...The Matrix. With Keanu Reeves. Of course!!

What annoys me about the masterplan is that I never seem to see any of the money...

Agreed on Melanie Philips... mentalist... and on Muslims as fifth column.

We should get this thread back on track though, there's a revolution going on, we can talk about Jews in all the other threads about Jews.

Aye, don't know how we got to discussing Semite power structures. Besides I can't be racist, I live in Golders Green and I smile at people.

Classical revolution !!

Way to go Tunisians :D God bless Tunis !!!!!!

Hope we follow suit.......very soon God's willing

By the way, where the heck are the Western media. They just woke up a couple of days ago probably. May be if Ben Ali was anti-Semite, Tunis got oil or a nuclear program they would have cared earlier ..may be !!

Hope you are ok dude.

Yeah,... what is this supposed to prove?

Lebanon is still to the north, Jordan to the east, and Egypt is still to the south...

Although, I do 'need' to back off my statement. Upon laying down to go to sleep, last night... I had been flipping the channels around and caught 30 seconds of the Beck show. He had been head-long into one of his psychotic blackboard rants... Beck was saying something very similar to what I was saying. He had drawn on the boards flame icons on the countries surrounding Israel....

The part I'm talking about isn't in this video, but this is a portion of that rant:

The Coming Insurrection: Egypt – Glenn Beck

I can NOT have this.... I will not be tied to believing anything that Beck believes.

I now adjust my position to ... the ME is the envy of Disneyland.

THERE!!!... all better.

---------------------------------------

Back to reality... (or something that resembles something closely to what's really going on)

Interesting observations in the News for Tuesday... The early evening Situation Room CNN show had been making every effort to minimize the scope of the crowd. The CNN announcers said, "There are hundreds, at least thousands of protesters in the square..." - then I flip to MSNBC to see an announcer from the rival network describe the scene more honestly by numbering the crowd estimates in the 100's of thousands of protesters.

Later, in the evening - Anderson Cooper is interviewing a person that is clearly American/Egyptian with an obvious American accent... the woman saying, "There aren't enough people, ... most people are staying at home..."

The other angle that CNN is pushing is that Egypt should NOT rush into this whole Democracy thing...

It almost appears that CNN is putting forth an agenda to stifle the protesting of Mubarak. I would safely assume that most American viewers support the people of Egypt, but it's not the case with the State Dept. Channel of CNN.

A Romanian girl I know from university was 4 years old or so when Ceauçescu was killed on Christmas. She said she cried for a long time because she thought it was mean that they killed someone on Christmas even if he was a bad man. Later, she didn't feel the same, but as a kid she thought it was awful.

Yeah,... what is this supposed to prove?

They labeled Iraq as Egypt. ;)

I knew most Israeli Jews were bigoted towards Islam and Muslims, but not to the extent that they would go so far as to pick a random quote from a random member whose identity and affiliation is unknown and say, "hey, look at what those durty muzzlims are doing!"

Talk about siege mentality.

I'm not going to argue with your opinion of Jews. One thing I can tell you is the Rothchild was never that fluent in Arabic.

Good to hear you're well mate!

Please do update us whenever you can, it's very hard getting impartial news when all news sources are crying over disrupted holidays, 'looting' and "OMGZ Islamics coming to power"

Anything big planned in the near future?

A Millions protest in Friday...considering marching towards the presidential palace !!

Problem the fecker and his party are trying to organize protests today and paid many to join in. I am probably going to Tahrir today.. we can't wait for Friday

I hear the army has set up barbed wire outside the palace.

BTW....I take it the internet outages are over now ?

Mubarak seems to have his "rent a mobs" out in full force today.

Mubarak seems to have his "rent a mobs" out in full force today.

I saw one on Arabic news today giving a terrific analogy:

"If you asked your father for a car and he doesn't grant you one, does he deserve to be kicked out of the house?" :wenger:

fecking hell...

Has he trucked in a load of peasants from the countryside? That's what they usually do.

Sky claiming lots of Egyptians have 'changed their minds' and 'changed sides' after Mubarak's speech... yeah right.

Bastard Mubarak inciting mass riots to force the Army to step in and get everyone off the streets.

This is a real test for the Antis, they need to push the Thugs back, or else all the momentum will be lost.

Who are all these cnuts?

Security men in civvies like the Iranian Basij in 09?

Peasants paid off and bussed in?

An actual pro-Mubarak constituency?

Or as Sky seemed to be suggesting, ordinary citizens won over by his address who want the protests to stop now? (This seems utterly implausible.)

Man, this is fecking horrible :( Hope Avatar's alright.
